Welcome to the agony, to the eternal cry
Hail to the kings, downs the head or die
Freedom, you never has, now you knew it al
Your life is for us and you will pays for her
Born to follow just our ideals
World is on domain, the aim is fulfiled
We controls all your goals and fails
You really think ever you was a saint?
Fear, our biggest ally
We breaks and forced its hour you are die
On the board each piece our game is complete
You love that we impose, You dreams that we need
War, our ego's desire,
Rebels must be killed, serve the nation or die,
Can't dirty our boots even with your blood, ^
There's no revolt can stops our control
Be kneel or die rots
Destroy and control
Killing all our rivals
Destroy and control
You born in an eyeless world
Justice gets victory, someday we rise and fight
The evil will falls , on the people hands
Only the real survive on tyrant's decline
Blood claims revenge, the virtues never die

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae

Think not this is another boring, samey thrash salad! Like a deadly flower, memorable riffs bloomed as the album went on. By the end, I am ready to sit under the tree, drinking from a skullcup and pondering the riddle of steel. Excellent blend of thrash with other flavors (from trad metal to Western), evoking the might and danger of the cover's diabolical warriors. Bonus for production: love hearing the bark and rasp of pick on strings without it being scrubbed away by computery production. pinkytheent

A lot of bands play a dark, gripping, and deeply emotional sound, but no one does it quite like Gaerea. Ive loved all their stuff up to this point, but they have truly topped themselves with Mirage. I believe this album is a masterpiece. seven skeletons
